Innocenti Research Centre
The UNICEF Child well-being measure for rich countries (OECD-countries with sufficient data) is published by the international centre for child development, the Innocenti Research Centre, in Florence, Italy. The publication was designed to "monitor and compare the performance of the OECD countries in securing the rights of their children." The seventh and latest edition of the "Innoncenti Report Card" was published in 2007.

The dimensions of the measure include 40 separate indicators relevant to children's lives and children's rights.
