Usage
This template is for use on incomplete sections, to indicate that people can update it.
Wikitext usage :

Rich Text usage:
Click {T}
Click 'Manual" tab on top of pop-up box.
Click "Template:Incomplete Section" from drop-down menu.
Which renders:
