About
Findicator is a joint project between the Prime Minister’s Office and the Statistics Insitute of Finland. It publishes over 1000 reports annually, which are accessible online . The data includes approximately 100 indicators for social progress via tables, graphs and written analysis.
Findicator follows four main objectives[1]:
- provide information on the social development in Finland
- Improve the availability and accessibility of indicator-like information
- Support evidence-informed decision-making
- The Findicator is not only about indicators — it-technology, frequent updates, and links to further sources of information are equally important
