Authority Leadership and Peacemaking: The Role of the Diasporas.
The project will use a unique experimental learning method (known as a group relations conference, or the "Tavistock" approach) to bring together Arab/Palestinian and Jewish Diaspora communities in the U.S. for dialogue.
The project is a collaborative effort of the AK Rice Institute(US), Group Relations International (Netherlands), Besod Siach (Israel), Mideast Nonviolence and Democracy (MEND, Palestine), the Philadelphia Center for Organizational Dynamics (PCOD), and the Innovative Cultural Education and Training Institute, Inc. (ICETI).
