About

Share new trends in biodiversity conservation and tropical ecology at the 2011 International Biodiversity Conference, a symposium sponsored by the nonprofit group Wild Spots Foundation based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The Wild Spots Foundation, started this biodiversity conference to help promote and protect biodiversity around the world. They invite college professors and field experts in wildlife conservation who teach biology, biodiversity, geography, geology, and life science to participate in their event.

Since 2002, the Wild Sports Foundation has been holding this conference in the middle of one of the most biodiverse places on Earth. The environment in Baños is pristine and located away from most of the major cities. The staff has more than 30 years of experience doing biodiversity conservation and tropical ecology research.

Call for papers

If you are interested in attending the 2011 International Biodiversity Conference, Wild Spots Foundation asks that you present a paper in Banos to help build their online digital catalog. They will need you to fill out a form and provide them with a paragraph on the subject of your paper. In the past, they have featured papers on the interaction of species with human environments, discovery of new species, and environmental projects that protect species.

They have also featured papers on the interrelationships between endangered and threatened species with adverse elements in their environments or conditions. Please note that all papers will be published online after the conference.
